By downloading, registering and using the HOST app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

 

1. About the HOST app

HOST is a digital service provided by Christine Høst AS, which gives you as a user an overview of income, costs and tax conditions related to properties you register yourself. The app also offers anonymized comparisons with other users' data.

 

2. Right of use

When you create an account, you receive a personal and non-transferable license to use the HOST app in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, sell, distribute or modify the content of the app without written permission from Christine Høst AS.

 

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

● Entering correct and up-to-date information in the app
● Using the app in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
● Ensuring that login information is kept confidential

HOST only provides an overview based on information you enter yourself. Christine Høst AS cannot be held responsible for any errors in calculations due to incorrect or incomplete data from the user.

 

4. Payment and subscription

The HOST app can be offered as a free version and/or with payment functions (e.g. premium subscription).
When purchasing a subscription, you will receive information about price, duration and renewal before you confirm the purchase.

All purchases are binding, and refunds are only given in accordance with the right of withdrawal in the Consumer Purchase Act or by separate agreement.

 

5. Use of data

The data you enter is only available to you, unless otherwise specifically agreed. We use the data in anonymized and aggregated form to be able to provide statistics and comparisons in the app. See our privacy policy for more information.

 

6. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these terms of use. You will be notified in the app or by email if significant changes are made. Continued use of the app after a change is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

 

7. Termination and deletion

You can terminate your customer relationship at any time by deleting your account in the app. We reserve the right to close or terminate your account if you violate the terms.

HOST provides you with an overview and guiding information, but does not replace professional financial or legal advice. Christine Høst AS disclaims any responsibility for financial decisions made based on the content of the app.
